How to place an order
  • Add the desired items to your cart.
  • Fill in your contact and shipping information.
  • Click the “Submit Order” button to complete your request.
We will receive your order immediately and issue an invoice within 2–3 business hours.

Payment
  • After you place an order on our website, we send you an invoice within 2—3 hours on business days.
  • The PayPal invoice can be paid by PayPal or credit and debit card. All transactions are secured and protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
  • For customers in Israel, payments can also be made through Bit or Paybox.

  • Each invoice is valid for 3 business days.
  • You can cancel your payment at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped it is protected by warranty rules.

We ship to dozens of countries worldwide.
Shipping is carried out within 2-3 days after payment. All orders are sent from Haifa, Israel.

Israel Post, Air Priority Mail:
Estimated price €14—19 (depends on a shipping country*).
Shipping time:
  • 5—8 business days to: EU and UK.
  • 10—12 business days to: US, Australia, Brazil, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, Chine, Thailand, Singapore.
  • 19—30 business days to other countries.
DHL:
Estimated price €39—55 (depends on a shipping country).
Shipping time: 4—10 business days.

*Please, note: Shipping to the United States may cost up to €30 due to the new American customs taxation system implemented on August 29, 2025. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during order processing, or you may email us in advance to receive a quote.

  • We greatly appreciate that you have chosen us and we are doing our best to keep you satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, sometimes not everything depends on us. If somehow your parcel was lost or returned due to the Customs - please, don't worry, we will provide you a full refund.
